Twin Towers Construction

Photos of Details of the The Twin Towers' Construction

These photographs and a number of others of the Twin Towers' construction can be seen at the Skyscraper Museum in New York City. The first photo shows the edge of a core structure of one of the towers. The second photo shows a large portion of a core structure with stubs of core columns rising a few feet above the decking. The third shows the structural top of one of the towers, including diagonal beams that connected the core structure to the perimeter walls.
