Once the upper building section began to move downwards,

the tremendous energy of the falling building section

NIST:
- Fails to explain how how the downward movement started, given that most of the columns were still in the way. It implies the downward movement was esssentially free-fall.
- Provides no calculation about the ammount of force the "falling building section" acquired before the first impact.
- Provides no illustrations of its computer models showing downward movement.
- Has refused to publish its computer models.
