Giuliani's Secret Command Center
23rd floor of building was a bunker housing Giuliani's Emergency Command Center. It had:
- Bullet- and bomb-resistant windows
- Independent, secure air and water supply
- Ability to withstand winds of 160 MPH
Another tenant was the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The collapse of Building 7 destroyed thousands of SEC case files,
on companies such as WorldCom.
