Subject: Please remove "template" from my biography page immediately

To Whom It May Concern:

Please remove the template (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:911ct) at
the bottom of the wikipedia page about me -

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Hoffman

This so-called template mixes my name with a research area in which I have
no involvement whatsoever, nor have I ever heard of  -

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NESARA_conspiracy_theory

I have been informed that the template is locked from editing so I am now
requesting that you remove it from my page immediately.

Associating my name, and the names of others on this template, with areas in
which we are in no way involved, amounts to libel.  Leaving your readership
with no means to edit information which is appearing on people's biography
pages is contrary to Wikipedia's description of itself as "the free
encyclopedia than anyone can edit", and makes the inaccurate information on
my page doubly misleading.

Regardless of whether your template includes the NESARA_conspiracy_theory item,
I ask that you remove the template from my biography page, since it
falsely implies that I endorse the persons and theories described in the
template's links.

I ask that you remove the template entirely from my page immediately, and
from the pages of all others on the template - some of whom I know
personally - who have no affiliation whatsoever to the so-called
"NESARA_conspiracy_theory."
