Michael Green holds doctorates in analytic philosophy from UCLA, and Clinical Psychology from Texas Tech University. He has practiced as a forensic psychologist for two decades, functioned as a Qualified Medical Examiner from 1992 through July, 2006 (retired), and is a former Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of Texas, Austin. Since 2003 he has brought the training from these professional endeavors to bear on USG domestic covert operations and their relationships to US foreign policy, and practices of domestic population control.
