Online petitions allow 9/11 skeptics to speak out

El Hajj Malik El Shabazz (Malcolm X) said, "You're not supposed to be so blind with patriotism that you can't face reality. Wrong is wrong no matter who does it or says it." Those fans or members of the university community that do not want to hear anything bad (true) about this university are just like people around the world that are living in delusion, believing that the U.S. is a "perfect" country and does no wrong. Albert Einstein said, "I came to America because of the great, great freedom which I heard existed in this country. I made a mistake in selecting America as a land of freedom, a mistake I cannot repair in the balance of my lifetime." Alexis de Tocqueville has been quoted as saying, "Nothing is more annoying in the ordinary intercourse of life than this irritable patriotism of the Americans. A foreigner will gladly agree to praise much in their country, but he would like to be allowed to criticize something, and that is absolutely refused." What is patriotism (patriarchy, the "Fatherland")?

In the previous column, Jan. 23, 2002, "corporate," should be "corporament" (corporate + government = corporament). Three interesting myths are: Hawaii is a state, science and/or scientists are impartial and Pearl Harbor was a "surprise" attack. If you do not believe that the United States comprehensively and truthfully investigated the events related to Sept. 11, 2001 then you may want to sign the "Petition to the Senate to Investigate Oddities Involving 9/11 Terrorist Attacks" at http://www.petitiononline.com/11601TFS/petition.html or if you don't want to sign the petition, then just read about the oddities and share it with others.

In an article entitled, "Bush family's dirty little secret: President's oil companies funded by Bin Laden family and wealthy Saudis who financed Osama bin Laden" (http://www.khilafah.com/1421/category.php?DocumentID=2986&TagID=2). "Doing business with the enemy is nothing new to the Bush family. Much of the Bush family wealth came from supplying needed raw materials and credit to Adolf Hitler's Third Reich. Several business operations managed by Prescott Bush - the president's grandfather - were seized by the U.S. government during World War II under the Trading with the Enemy Act. On Oct. 20, 1942, the federal government seized the Union Banking Corporation in New York City as a front operation for the Nazis. Prescott Bush was a director. Bush, E. Roland Harriman, two Bush associates and three Nazi executives owned the bank's shares. Eight days later, the Roosevelt administration seized two other corporations managed by Prescott Bush. The Holland-American Trading Corporation and the Seamless Steel Equipment Corporation, both managed by the Bush-Harriman bank, were accused by the US federal government of being front organizations for Hitler's Third Reich. Again, on Nov. 8, 1942, the federal government seized Nazi-controlled assets of Silesian-American Corporation, another Bush-Harriman company doing business with Hitler."

What or who is a "terrorist," a "guerrilla fighter," a "freedom fighter?" Why is someone given such a name? Why not? For example, Nelson Mandela was considered a "terrorist" by the US government during "apartheid" South Africa. Did the US "corporament" support "apartheid" South Africa? What about "Nazi" Germany? If so, why? Why was Dresden, Germany, firebombed? What is ECHELON? What is Carnivore? What is COINTELPRO? Why did/do they exist? What is the "free" world? What is the "real" world? Don't we live within one planet, Earth? Is the media the "free" press or is it not? What is the connection between the media and the CIA/military? What was/is the CIA's Operation MOCKINGBIRD? What was/is Operation NORTHWOODS? Who owns and/or controls the media in this country? In an article entitled, "The Pot Calling the Kettle Black: The USA and International Terrorism" by former CIA officer Philip Agee, "I would like to begin by citing a well-known observation of A. J. Liebling, a U.S. journalist and media critic who was active during the mid-1900s: 'Freedom of the press is guaranteed only to those who own one,' he said."

An exclusive to American Free Press, "Eyewitness Reports Persist of Bombs At WTC Collapse" was posted at http://www.rense.com/general17/eyewitnessreportspersist.htm. "One of the first firefighters in the stricken second tower, Louie Cacchioli, 51, told People Weekly on Sept. 24: 'I was taking firefighters up in the elevator to the 24th floor to get in position to evacuate workers. On the last trip up a bomb went off. We think there were bombs set in the building.' Kim White, 32, an employee on the 80th floor, also reported hearing an explosion. 'All of a sudden the building shook, then it started to sway. We didn't know what was going on,' she told People. 'We got all our people on the floor into the stairwell ... at that time we all thought it was a fire ... We got down as far as the 74th floor ... then there was another explosion.'"
